Atomic Homefront (2018)

The documentary tells of the “atomic” past of St. Louis, Missouri, which has long been a center for uranium enrichment for the atomic bomb. Once the government and corporations do not take the necessary measures, radioactive waste from the Manhattan Project is thrown into the northern neighborhoods of the city. The film tracks the struggle of local citizens with the state and federal agencies to reveal the truth about the scale of pollution and the protection of their families.
